Hotel accommodation
Limited hotel rooms are available at the congress venue Hotel Papendal. Book your room when registering for the meeting.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 March 2024 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.
