Cancellation

Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the congress secretariat. Cancellations made before 2 March 2026 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress.

Congress dinner & party

We would like to invite you for the congress dinner & party. It is possible to register yourself while filling out the registration form. For only €65,00 you can enjoy this night.

Hotel accommodation

Participants of the Scientific Spring Meeting KNVM & NVMM 2025 can make a hotel reservation at Papendal. You can find the portal link in the registration form. If you wish to make a reservation before then, please send an email to registrations@congresscare.com.
